Great comeback for a great course! The layout has always been a good one, but the condition of the greens had been a problem for years. The greens were replaced in 2013 and as of this review are perfect. There is ongoing work on the drainage and the bunkers. Belle Terre is all you want from the back tees without being a long course by today’s standard. If it’s been years since you’ve played it, give it a shot. You’ll be surprised at how good the greens are and how much the course has regained it’s ‘teeth.’ In a time when golf courses are closing and going broke all over the county, well done Belle Terre for being one of the few courses to head in the other direction.
